Delivery times from the date of shipment, excluding Shabbat, Jewish holidays, and customs delays in the destination country.

⏱️ Preparing your order

The preparation time before shipment is generally 1 to 3 business days. For personalized products (engravings, embroidery, mezuzah scrolls), an additional processing time is specified on the product page. 📅 Shabbat and Jewish Holidays: Our operations are suspended from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening, as well as during Jewish holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed upon resumption of service. 💰 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, volume, destination, and the chosen delivery method. They are clearly displayed before final confirmation of your order, with no surprises.

Depending on your destination and the chosen shipping method, your package is entrusted to one of our partner carriers.

📍 Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to locate your package in real time on the carrier's website. You can also find it in your customer account, under "My Orders".

🛃 Customs and Import Taxes

⚠️ Important: As your orders are shipped from Israel, they may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or customs clearance fees, depending on your destination country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.
  • European Union: VAT applied from the first euro since July 2021. Customs duties apply to orders over €150.
  • United States: Exemption below the applicable legal threshold; otherwise, import duties apply.
  • Other countries: According to local legislation.

We encourage you to check with your country's customs authorities before placing your order.
